This week marks the 10th annual Internet Retailer Conference and Expo in Chicago. IRCE is the largest ecommerce conference in the US and one of my favorite parts of the year. Typically they do not offer speaking opportunities to consultants but this will be my 4th time speaking and my 5th time attending.
This year I am speaking about how new technology changes are affecting social media marketing. Specifically, I will be addressing algorithm changes on both Facebook and Google, adaptive design and conversion rate optimization.
